Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am excited to let you know about this year’s Box Tops for Education fundraising program and the three easy ways you can help earn cash for our school–at no additional cost to you. This year, our goal is to raise $2000, which will be used to purchase items for each classroom for our school.

The Box Tops program helps our school earn much-needed cash. It’s simple to participate, and there’s no selling involved. Here’s how you can help:

1. Clip Box Tops for Education Coupons

Box Tops coupons will appear on double the number of products this year! Find Box Tops on hundreds of participating General Mills and Pillsbury products (for a complete list of participating products go to Bring them to our school and we can redeem them for cash – 10 cents per Box Top. Check your pantry and start clipping!

2. Shop online through the Box Tops for Education Marketplace(sm)

When you make online purchases through Box Tops marketplace, up to 10% of your purchase will go to our school. There are over 100 participating stores, including Amazon, Lands End, J.C. Penney, Dell, Gap, Eddie Bauer and many, many more. Simply begin each online shopping trip at!

3. Charge with the Box Tops for education Visa® card

This is an amazing way for our school to earn extra cash! A full 1% of anything you charge on the Box Tops Visa card will be donated to our school. There’s no annual fee, a low APR, and you can use the Box Tops Visa to buy gas, groceries and more at over 20 million locations worldwide. Apply online at or by calling 1-800-227-9605.

Our school can earn up to $60,000 this school year, and when everyone participates even a little bit, it adds up fast! Don’t forget to ask friends, family or even your company to help with Box Tops.
