On Sunday afternoon, January 26, the Northeast Arkansas Educational Co-op held its annual fine arts open house.  Students at schools throughout the co-op region exhibited artwork and performed musical numbers.  Several Sloan-Hendrix high school students participated in this open house.  Eleanore Ames, Bailey Medley, Matthew Wilkins, Jessie Powell, William Smith, Garrett Garvin, Elizabeth Wess, and Chase Kirks submitted artwork.  Ivory Wells opened the festival by singing the "Star Spangled Banner."  The fifth and sixth grade choir also performed, singing "Erie Canal" and "Down by the Riverside."  Members include:  Emily Woodard, Kylee Crotts, Ava Murphy, Leah Malewski, Rachel Jines, and Jessica Ferguson.
