The Sloan-Hendrix Spanish classes celebrated springtime with a Fiesta on Tuesday, April 21.  The Spanish I class students made a dish from Spanish speaking countries they studied in Unit 8.  Mrs. Clem, the class facilitator, said "This year we have a great turn out of delicious Hispanic cuisine.  Every year, I always enjoy making our famous and traditional pinwheels."   The Spanish II classes this year played a game called "Que hay en tu orden" or "What is in your order?".   The students had to let Mrs. Clem know what they wanted to eat in Spanish using the vocabulary from Unit 8 as if they were visiting an Hispanic restaurant.

(It doesn't take an A Spanish student
to know what to do after the party!)
